You ping from a router to another router and receive back !!!!!
What does this mean?

A. All packets have been dropped.
B. All packets are successfully acknowledged.
C. There is congestion in the path.
D. The packets were received, but after the ICMP timeout.

B. When you see an exclamation mark, it means that the packets were successfully acknowledged on the other side and an ICMP response was received.
